Shipping information
After your order is processed, we usually send your item(s) within 3 days or notify you if there is a delay. Shipping time will depend on your location.
Your shipping cost will depend on the weight of products and the type of shipping you select.
International shipping is available but currently we only consider it on a case by case basis and will charge a premium cost.
Return policy
We address returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis but always want to come to a fair solution, but please keep in mind that this a very small business.
- We accept requests for returns up to 7 days after delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged: Fill out the contact form with your order number and description of the condition. (You may be asked to provide a photo of the item’s condition in a follow-up email.)
- There are no refunds available for digital products.
- If the item is unused and in its original condition: We will refund the full order minus shipping costs.
