A full-length musical story about a man's pull between the natural world and a rapidly changing city.
What if the person or thing you thought you were helping did not want to be helped? When a man enters the dark depths of the forest to protest logging equipped only with a phone to light his way, he soon realizes the trees themselves do not want him or his disruptive technology there. Upon his return to civilization, he finds himself out of touch and must reconcile his place in the world among nosy townspeople, a woman hooked to the cyber world, and the trees who haunt him still.

Daniel is a rhyming poet, hip hop artist, comics writer, and director of ambitious independent multimedia projects.
His work tends to use storytelling and dense rhyme schemes to explore our relationship with nature, technology, consciousness, and personal growth. Often in collaboration with some of the most talented musicians and visual artists in the world.
After a 6-year run of consecutive projects, he took 6 years off from releasing anything to the public. His newest release is a return to form—a 276-page book that tells a fable through an illustrated poem and lyrics to an hour-long album of music.
