Even an artist’s own description of their work in museums and galleries can sometimes get in the way of an honest reaction...
On top of that, the music that takes people months or years to create is devalued by their availability on streaming services which deal out a crowded feed of fleeting moments and pay out a fraction of a cent per listen to the artist...
My new book and album of music will be available December 1st exclusively on writtenbydaniel.com before releasing any full songs or key plot elements, for anyone who wants to enjoy a piece of art with no prior expectations...
After the book and album are available, I’ll spend a few months doing actual promotion with singles, videos, and other previews...
Then around March I’ll release the album on streaming platforms to make it accessible for more people...
So if you’re able and interested, I encourage you to take a chance and let yourself be surprised with something completely new and unexpected...
